The Big Guys Home Delivery Inc is proud to offer Guardian Furniture Protection for your fabric and leather furniture! The Guardian Furniture Protection Program provides peace of mind with its furniture protection system and warranty coverage.
Unlike many other furniture protection programs, Guardian offers a warranty and actual protection to your furniture. Many other companies programs only offer a warranty and do nothing to actually protect your investment.
How it works: Before The Big Guys Home Delivery delivers your furniture, specify that you would like to have your furniture protected by Guardian. Prior to your furniture being delivered, a Guardian trained employee of the Big Guys will apply the initial Guardian treatment and make sure that your protection warranty accompanies your new furniture to your home.
If any accidental spills or stains occur, instructions are given by Guardian for you to attempt to clean the affected area. In the event that you are not able to clean the area to your satisfaction, an appointment can be made to have a Guardian representative come to your home and fix the stain or damage. If the Guardian representative finds that they cannot fix the problem area and he or she determines that the affected area is covered by Guardians warranty, arrangements will be made to repair or replace that part of the furniture, or if the part is not available, the entire unit may be replaced. Additionally, if the manufacturer of your furniture finds that their warranty has been void by the application of the Guardian Protection, Guardian will cover any and all parts of the manufacturers warranty during Guardians warranty period.

The Big Guys Home Delivery Inc would like to remind you that warranty cards must be registered within 30 days of your receipt of the furniture and claims must be made with 5 days of the damage or spill to avoid further harm to your furniture.
